But it generally goes like this

  • You audit your credit profile

  • Pay down ALL credit cards to at least 14% utilization or lower

  • Remove any AU's that are over 14% utilization

  • Wait for them to update your credit reports with the new balances

  • You freeze your credit reports

  • You apply for the credit cards but they fake deny you

  • You wait for their letter in the mail, so you know which credit bureau to unfreeze

  • Unfreeze just that credit bureau then reapply again

  • Freeze your report once again to protect you of identity fraud
